Adjacent to Brighton Railway Station this site was purchased in September 2009. Planning consent has now been granted for 147 apartments, 94 bed hotel, 25,000 sq. ft. of office accommodation, 800 sq. ft. retail unit and a new public square with lift and stair access to the station. This development is the final part of the 28 acre New England Square regeneration area and will give a much needed additional access to Brighton Station.

Working closely with the Local Authority, Site J incorporates best practice features in sustainability. Such features include; brown roofs, photo voltaic panels and rain water harvesting.
