Square Bay purchased this 8,000 sq ft office building from the former occupier. Situated immediately adjacent to Richmond Park, the property had significant residential potential. Planning permission was subsequently granted for the redevelopment of the site into 14 apartments totalling 11,000 sq ft net. The property has now been developed by Bellway Homes.
