A graduate of Nottingham Trent University with a degree in Planning and Property Development, Tom qualified as a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) in 2007. He has residential and commercial experience and previously worked for Knight Frank and West End surveyors EA Shaw.

Director
A Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) since 2003 with a degree in Urban Land Economics. Will has previously worked for SEGRO PLC, Development Securities PLC and as an agent for CB Richard Ellis.
Kasarin Chakkaphak
Financial Controller
A graduate of Amherst College, Massachusetts with a BA in Economics and French. Previously, Kasarin was an investment analyst at Aberdeen Asset Management Asia.

Caroline has in excess of 13 years’ experience with Christies International Auction house. She has worked across several departments as Business Manager, Associate Director and Consultant Director in UK and Europe.

David McKay
David has some 40 years experience in financial services. Prior to its acquisition by Banque Paribas, where he sat on the Equity Capital Markets Committee, he was a founder and CEO of Asia Equity having previously been a Director of WI Carr Overseas and EXCO International PLC.
Chris Palmer
Chris has been involved in property since he qualified as a Chartered Surveyor (FRICS) in 1967. He is currently joint Chairman of Sotheby’s International Realty and was previously Chairman of Cluttons Resorts, Chairman of the Richard Ellis Group of companies in Asia Pacific and Deputy Chairman of Hamptons International.
Michael Arnold
A Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) of some 40 years’ experience, Michael was a Director of Hongkong Land Limited and a Non-executive Director of The Link REIT and MCL Land. He currently resides in Hong Kong and provides advisory services to the construction and property industry.
Pin Chakkaphak
A graduate of Wharton Business School, Pin worked for Chase Manhattan Bank in Bangkok and Hong Kong prior to founding Finance One Plc, of which he was President and CEO. Pin currently resides in Bangkok.
