Square Bay completed on the unconditional purchase of this 16.9 acre former Ministry of Defence site in March 2013. Located off Warminster Road, one mile north east of Bath City Centre, this prime and prominent brownfield land comprised 115,000 sq ft of MOD office buildings. Warminster Road had been identified by Bath and North East Somerset Council as a critical development site to meeting the City’s need for additional housing. Planning consent for 204 homes was granted in February 2015. The site is currently being developed.
