Square Bay purchased this site from QinetiQ. It was formally the MOD’s vehicle services depot. The site was allocated for 28 homes in the South Worcestershire Development Plan. A detailed planning consent was achieved for 33 homes and subsequently sold to Piper Homes PLC.
