Located approximately 0.5miles from Devizes Town Centre, the low grade agricultural land was allocated for residential development in the Devizes Neighbourhood Plan. It was our original intention to unconditionally acquire this land, however due diligence uncovered various legal hurdles regarding an option to purchase the necessary access land, this left the site unsalable at the time. Instead, we signed a promotion agreement with the Vendor and have successfully varied the option/overage deed which now delivers the access land.
