Located in the Bristol suburb of Hanham, the site was a private, vacant open space with no specific land use. It is bordered by residential properties to the north and east, Greenbank Road to the west and further residential properties and a recreation ground to the south. Two years after completing on the purchase of this 5.6 acre site in August 2016, we were successfully granted planning consent for 77 residential dwellings. The site is now being developed by Bellway Homes.
